As you advance on the path to Brahman Consciousness, it is imperative that you should establish the Âtma-Narayana Kavach to protect your body and mind from asuric influence.
The Kavach is a gift of Lord Krishna to Indra for his protection, from the S'rimad Bhagavatam 6.8. It works on the Astral or Pranamaya Kosha realm where there is the possibility of asuric influence. The Kavach is a prerequisite for performing the yajñas to the Grahas.
The Kavach consists of a book that is printed for you, with your Jyotish Yantra and name on the cover and the 37 mantras of the Kavach.
Enclosed with the Âtma-Narayana Kavach book is the Âtma-Narayana Kavach CD. The mantras are superimposed on a set of carrier frequencies that are tuned to the pineal gland.
The pineal gland is most significant because this physical structure forms the link between the physical and the subtle planes. The pineal gland is about the size of a grain of rice, and is in the center of the brain in a small cave behind and above the pituitary gland which lies a little behind the root of the nose. It is located directly behind the eyes, attached to the third ventricle.
This gland is sensitive to physical light, and controls the various biorhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland, which directs the body's thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process.
When the pineal gland begins to awaken one feels a pressure at the base of the brain. This pressure will often be experienced when connecting to higher frequency.
While the physiological function of the pineal gland has been unknown until recent times, mystical traditions and esoteric schools have long known this area in the middle of the brain to be the connecting link between the physical and spiritual worlds. Considered the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy available to humans, the pineal gland has always been important in initiating supernatural powers. Development of psychic talents has been closely associated with this organ of higher vision.
The crown or ajña chakra reaches down until its vortex touches the pineal gland. Prana is received through this energy center in the head.
The pineal gland is the receptor and sender of the subtle vibrations that carry thoughts and psychic phenomena throughout the universe. The pineal gland converts brain waves into subtle electrical energy traveling faster that the speed of light and in turn receives subtle impulses of consciousness from the Mind of Lord Brahma, which are translated into thoughts that are perceived by the individual.
This means that when activated, the pineal gland becomes the direct line of communication with the higher planes and forms a link to the Mind of Lord Brahma.
The CD must be listened to using stereo headphones in order for the carrier frequencies to work properly and target the pineal gland. Your task is to learn to chant the Âtma-Narayana Kavach by listening to the CD while viewing the pages of the book. You should perform this practice daily for several months to permanently establish your Âtma-Narayana Kavach.
After you have fully chanted the kavach 333 times, or have it memorized, then you have permanently established your Âtma-Narayana Kavach. You may then change your practice to thinking the introductory mantras 3 times, instead of chanting the entire kavach. After each mantra, come back to the Self for 15 seconds and recall the feeling of the entire set of mantras. This will reinforce the kavach. Do this one time each day.

As one's consciousness expands, the realities of existence purify, but some challenges can be there on the level of the increasing wholeness - and the compassion of the intellect grows as the mind drops into the melting ocean of the heart. As we crossed the sea of our samskaras, we knew the boat was secure, but we see the waves and we want to feel as we look back upon the world as we knew it that it has become just what we now transcend. Our hearts open - Father Brahma, or Abba the Father Abrahama, or just the unity we feel as we unite with the whole of Creation as well as our Creator - and the demand is there for the liberation and freedom of it all - we sometimes glance upon the wounds of the past and see the scars that remain. Let us all be in the freedom and the bliss and the blessings of all who have traveled this path as we help others along the path.
Yajña is a performance to create a strong link between the individual in physical life and an aspect if the individual in the celestial realm for the purpose of living in greater accord with the Universe. Yajñas are highly scientific and precise multi-dimensional esoteric techniques to invoke and direct the transcendental cosmic energy into concrete, tangible and constructive fruits. In Brahman Consciousness, one lives in perfect harmony with the Universe. Every individual that is in physical form is attached to a package of karma that defines the life experience. When this package of karma is balanced, then one can live in perfect harmony with the Universe.
“Ayam Yajño Vishwasya Bhuvanasya nabhihi” (Atharva Veda 9/15/14). It means Yajñas are the central focus of the Universe. When Lord Brahma created the Universe, He created Yajña to fulfill material and spiritual needs.
Almost every act from ego volition results in unbalanced karma. Unbalanced karma is a potential for reaction or a seed for action, waiting for the opportune moment to express itself and thereby become balanced. Unbalanced karma accumulates from life to life with only a small part getting balanced in a particular life and usually more new unbalanced karma is generated in every life until there are "mountain ranges" of unbalanced karma associated with most individuals.
To balance the karma for this life, there are a total of 12 SriVyuha Jyotish Yajñas that you can perform. Here is a list of the complete yajña kits. Each kit contains everything you need to perform the yajña for the Graha (instructions, framed composite yantra for the Graha with your personal yantra, and audio recording of the invocation of Ganesh and the Graha Mantra), except for the statue of Ganesh, mala and ghee lamp and ghee or ghee candles. You will need one small statue of Ganesh, and one crystal mala of 108 beads to count repetitions. Also you will need either a ghee lamp, wicks and ghee or ghee candles and a holder. If you have the time and resources, you may want to keep the ghee lamp or ghee candle burning 24x7 throughout the time of the yajña, or you can just burn the lamp during the performance.

After about 2 wks of performing this there does seem to be noticeable effects - mainly that there is less "intensity" or "anxiety" inside, less caught up in things, a kind of calmness and easier to focus on inward experience/program.
